1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales made by Kaba Security Pte Ltd.

2. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch.

3. Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery or

30 days nett as per approved credit application

Interest on overdue invoices (or any part(s) thereof) shall accrue from date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 4% pa.

4. Returned Goods

Articles supplied by Kaba Security Pte Ltd in accordance with the order can only be returned with our agreement and only if in good condition.

Goods made to order, including Special Keying and special finishes are not returnable.

All goods returned are subject to 20% handling charge.

5. Modification of Orders in Production

We reserve the right to charge for administrative work as well as for work already carried out.

6. Delivery

A) Local Delivery (Singapore)

Deliveries are chargeable at S$25 per location.

B) Export Delivery

All goods sold by Kaba Security Pte Ltd are on ex-works terms

If, at the request of the customer, goods are despatched by a different method from Kaba Security Pte Ltd standard service, then all charges incurred are at the customers expense.

7. Claims

Claims for shortages or incorrectly supplied orders must be made within 7 working days after receipt of goods.

Any such claims must be accompanied by order no., despatch date, invoice no., and nature of claim.

8. Design Change

Kaba Security Pte Ltd reserves the right to change design and/or specification without notice.

9. Special (non-standard production)

Orders for specials must be in writing.

Work will be by quotation and will commence only on receipt of written acceptance. We reserve the right to charge for administrative work as well as for work already carried out.

10. Title of Property

Kaba Security Pte Ltd retains the legal title of all goods invoiced until the invoice is paid in full.

11. Applicable Law

A) Singapore

The contract for sale shall be in accordance with the laws in the State where the sale is made and the parties agree to submit themselves to the Court of that State.

B) Export

The contract of sale shall be in accordance with Singapore law.

12. Service Charge

Kaba Security Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge for service on product, other than, that which is covered by warranty. A call out fee will be charge at a rate of between S$150 + gst onwards to cover travel and administrative expenses and service work per door.
